Manage your PalmHost services and invoices

Your PalmHost Client Area gives you one place to manage your hosting services, view orders, check invoices and make payments.

Before you start

Log in to your PalmHost Client Area using your registered email address and password:

https://my.palmhost.co.za/login

View your services

Select Services from the Client Area menu to see the services currently associated with your account.

From a service, you can open Manage Service to view the available service options. For hosting services, this includes the option to Login to Control Panel, which takes you to your PalmHost hosting panel.

View your orders

Select Order from the Client Area menu to place a new order and view the ordering options available to you.

Orders and active services are separate areas of the Client Area. An order records the service you have ordered, while Services is where you manage an active service.

View your invoices

Select Invoices to view invoices associated with your PalmHost account.

Each invoice shows important payment information, including:

  • The invoice number
  • The amount due
  • The invoice status
  • The due date

Understanding invoice due dates

The due date shown on an invoice is the date by which the invoice is due for payment.

Check the due date on each invoice rather than relying on the date of the original order, as the invoice is the record that contains the payment details for that charge.

How to make a payment

  1. Open Invoices in your Client Area.
  2. Find the invoice you want to pay.
  3. Open the invoice to view the payment details.
  4. Use the available payment option shown for that invoice.
  5. Complete the payment process.

Once the payment has been successfully recorded against the invoice, the invoice status will be updated in the Client Area.

If you have already made a payment

If you have completed a payment but the invoice still shows as unpaid, first check that the payment was completed successfully and that you are viewing the correct invoice.

If the payment has been completed but the invoice remains unpaid after the payment has been processed, contact PalmHost through Support in your Client Area so that the payment can be checked.

Need help?

If you are unsure which service an invoice relates to, open the invoice and check its details. You can also open Services to view your active services and their management options.
